Psychological Horror Games

Psychological Horror Games: Video games (or some form of game-media) that involve the usage and questioning of a character's sanity... something like that. If you could call up a game or two, give descriptions and, well, let's talk about it I guess. No reason not to.

Okay, yeah, Manhunt.
Ahem: Screwed up. It really is. What's worse about the violence in the game is that, after a while, I found that you start to get... creative with the way you kill everything...

Mmmm how about Eternal Darkness: Sanitys Requiem? It was not purely pyschological because there was zombies and monsters but it really played with your mind, your character had a "Sanity" health bar, so, when that sanity bar was low and you tried to open a door the character suddenly started to fall in pieces then the screen faded and the character was just in front of the door like nothing had happened.
Another thing that happened in ED was that when you wanted to save your game the game suddenly says that your game data was corrupted and it needed to erase it, I can remember if the game then shuts down but when you try to load your data nothing really happened.
Another cool game that I wish I could play its "Call of Cthulu: Dark Corners of Earth" just because its based on the tale of my favorite writer: Howard Phillips Lovecraft.

I have both games. Both a pretty high on the "screw with the player" meter. The interface screws were sometimes shocking. I nearly smashed my Gamecube at the saved game one.
And Silent Hill... oh, ho,ho, Silent Hill... that's something that got at me personally.

ALL THOSE ZOMBIES. KILLING ALL DEM' ZOMBIES. THE PROTAGONIST HAS TO BE SLIGHTLY INSANE. Getting slapped in the face by zombie brain isn't something-bwulaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh

Fahrenheit / Indigo Prophecy. Pretty cool game even though the controls near the end get a bit tiring. But it's a nice game. Give it a try.
(please don't watch more than the trailer when looking into it. Spoiling the experience beforehand is bad)

Call of Cthulhu RPG. Sanity is a quite important stat, and you'll be sure to lose a lot of it.
