Yes, and I definitely need them if I want to see anything more than 4ft away from me clearly.

I always thought it was just my right eye that was bad since I could see much more clearly with my left eye. It turns out that they were both bad, it's just that my left eye is better than my right. Right = 20/540 - Left = 20/480
