I'd be raging too if I'd bought a game for $400 and this happens to me.

Idon't think its the japs, I'll bet it was manufactured in China if it is a bootleg.

I used to work at Walmart, the easiest way to get the replacement you so rightly deserve is to go to customer service and be a huge dick. I mean it, just keep it at a relatively low volume and don't physically threaten. Demand to speak with the manager, then don't listen to him until you hear an apology. Tell them that you're on a global forum regularly and that your opinion carries weight. Threaten to include the location and store number in an unfavorable light, then threaten to call corporate. If he isn't moved by that, call corporate in front of him(or her) (this actually happened at my old store) and put him on to justify him(or her)self after a short rant (don't give them an opportunity to talk) when the manager gets the phone swiftly and loudly correct any errors he (or she) said (even if they were right). If it works like that nightmare of an exchange you'll be refunded and given a new product. PR is a huge concern of theirs.

It's retail work... it's okay for a part time job. I couldn't imagine working there 40 hours a week though.

All figures are manufactured in china. Even though you buy them in japan or from japan there made in china. The problem is i bought this from a second hand japanese store. Even a blind man can tell it not one cast pvc but pieced poorly. Found out he orders if from china for overseas. Ebay is refunding the cost. Meh.. 20$ plus 15 S&H.

Edit: Well most are. Garage figs and maybe a few brands are made in japan.
