The packages (duh) I boil it (omg no way) throw vegetables and an egg. Sometimes I try to get some meat but its what's either left over or I bake frozen fish.=A= And I prefer for the noodles to not be the american ones. The ones that are a different brand and say made in japan or korea.The american one smells like dog breathe. =/
