I prefer ramen above any other noodle dish. Spaghetti is too messy most of the time, udon noodles are too thick and the broth just tastes different than that of ramen, and soba and other noodles of that sort just seem flavorless to me :/

Cock sauce is lamzor...also Tabasco isn't even my favorite. The best hot sauce is Tapatio it isn't to hot but it has excellent flavor.
