Uncensored = It's been licensed in the USA, which doesn't have any Censoring Law.
If you ever find something uncensored and it's brand new from Japan, and yes, it's Ilegal.

I actually find that some are better censoring because they draw the genitals so bad, lol. Besides, if the censoring isn't that bad (I think this includes Resort Boin) you can use your imagination to make up for it and all.
