thus far in class I've learned to make. Mire Poix, Stock, Tourne, Espangole, Hollandaise, Bearnaise, Veloute, Learned about all the stations in a kitchen. Sous Chef, Head Chef, Patisserie, Saucier, Chef De Cuisine, Garde Manger, Poissonier, Grillardin, Tournant, Entremetier. And this week we are on Soups so today I made French Onion Soup.

Apparently there is a cooking school
School provides education.
Women don't deserve education because, as the scientists of Kazakhstan say, they have smaller brains than men do.
THEREFORE, a Cooking School makes no sense.

Look at it this way, Man makes good meal for wife or female friend and gets Mr. Willy a free ride down the deepthroat expressway.

My old man cooks like a boss, my late uncle cooks like a boss, and they're no chef. Makes sense.

Since I posted last time I've made Clam Chowder, Shrimp Bisque, Cream of Celery, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Fish Stock, Viche Soisse, Beurre Noisette, Sole Almondine, Sauteed Spinach and Fennel, Consomme, Beef Chasseur, Anna Potatoes, Zucchini Provencale, Pan Fried Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Corn with Pablano Peppers, Parsley Tournée Potatoes.
