She's batshit insane and I'm sure there's more to the story but I'm going to throw it out there; you are being childish(at least as childish as she is). If that's all just part of the fun and you know it then disregard this post but both of you look like idiots here.

I'm all for fucking with her but there are better, funnier ways. She's a walking timebomb of crazy and the best thing you came up with was to get her mad about having to apologize...

Guys tbh, if anyone took it any farther than this, she would've seppuku'd herself. She seems to be 'that' type of person.

So you could imagine my surprise when she didn't once the shitstorm around the pic happened.

I still don't understand why she acts like a child. But I do understand why her boyfriend left her.
