Well, I don't know how much her character develops, but she didn't come across as dandere, just clumsy/shy.

Um, as of ep 373 shippuuden her character hasn't developed in the slightest, she only gets stronger like a nigger. It's just that to this point I thought of her as the most loveable clumsy/shy girl and it's a bit surprising to hear that she ain't even dandere. Whats so special about Homura to you then?
