So reputation suddenly turned into respect. You feel too much for this shit. You may value words more than pictures, but it's basically the same when someone reps you for saying shit and when someone reps ero for doing shit. You're both contributing something, and both cause some kind kind of enjoyment when seeing it, hence the rep. Just because the person can keep what ero contributes ero's rep whoring? What if he doesn't have the intent of gaining rep, and is contributing cause he just has free time like he says, kinda like what you're doing? In a nutshell, you're too pissy about this.

you're not very good at interpreting emotions, I haven't been angered or pissy once, nor have I posted anything but opinions based on logic.

Face it, when someone give a rep to someone else the majority of the time it means that you agree with that person, or they did something you find amusing; explain to me how that isn't respect? It has nothing to do with the fact that the person has material gain that ero's contribution is something I value less, it's simply the fact that each sig he creates specifically targets one person, giving him multiple rep based on the amount of sigs he makes; whereas a comment or joke is for everyone to enjoy and will normally grant the poster 1-2 rep. Jokes and amusing comments that are rep worthy are fairly rare, which is why most users who don't create sigs won't amass more than 20 or so reputation over several months. Let's compare it to people who create blow job threads where they talk about the other users in a positive light, they target each user on a person to person basis in order to affect their "reputation" with that person in a positive way. That's why i have less respect for them. It would be the same if I made a post about how much I loved you and the way you post.

Please don't misinterpret the reasoning either, he said he was creating the signatures because he has time to kill but that's not entirely true, no one does something for people they don't know without some hope for a reward, no matter how much they like doing whatever it is. I make comments and jokes for my own amusement and the amusement of others, my reward is that amusement, and I do hope others agree/enjoy what I've said, and when I get a rep I am pleased. "Free time" is not a reason to do anything, don't let anyone tell you that's why they're doing something, those people are liars.

it'll be different if i'm really asking for payment, and i never ask for payment, they all have rep that they can use and they're all free to use it as they please

yep, you could ignore an opinion that you don't like, just don't be too shocked if people refuse to give you their opinion in the future. I'm slightly disappointed by you though, I didn't believe people when they called you a tool in IRC, I thought you'd at least be a reasonable guy who didn't let his emotions guide him... There is a big difference between what you do and most people's arguments. Where as others bring the lulz yours seem to bring nothing but sadness and depression on whatever you say. That is probably an achievement to you tho cause you love doing it so much it must seem second nature at this point. Tho you do have your moments I will admit.
