That depends on how much attention you pay to the content. If you more or less ignore it there won't be a significant change or any change at all. People can read incest all day long and live happily with siblings without having any interest in those siblings. That's simply because the incest being read about is not associated with the actual siblings, it was compartmentalized to "fantasy". On the other hand someone who reads about incest then has those thoughts towards actual siblings/family is likely to already be considering such a relationship prior to picking up the incest literature.

If you're going to dive into the world of hentai anime and manga, and even non-sexual anime and manga, you need to be aware that these things exist, which they do, so you should not delve into it and expect to not see it - it's there and always will be and you just need to deal with it.

Whenever I read hentai manga or watch hentai anime with an incest theme I never think about incest in the real world. You need to distinguish between 2D and 3D, which I'm sure you can. If I fap to an incest hentai anime I'm fapping to the anime and the story I'm seeing on screen, to the relations between the characters; there is no influence from it to myself. Incest is made cute in anime and is appealing to a lot of people in some complex way while they are still put off by real incest. It's pretty difficult to come up with an answer really why this is other than "I like it in anime but not in the real world". To some extent I agree it's to do with the entwining of fantasy and the taboo as fantasy is able to show the limitations in reality while displaying the possibilities of fantasy - though this is mainly only applicable to when it shows what would be unacceptable in a society that constructs what is socially acceptable and unacceptable, glamorising those taboos (e.g. incest and loli). However, I disagree with the part of it that states because people enjoy these fantasies then they wish to enact them in the real world. Most people aren't going to do that, and a lot aren't going to think that. I'm not saying people don't do or think about these things in relation to the real world, a lot definitely do. And if it does elicit such thoughts and cravings then what does that mean? It allows people to question and find out their own desires.

I personally think real incest is gross while in hentai anime and manga it's pure wincest. You shouldn't let one thing put you off another, though in your case it seems you just hate the whole onii-chan ga daisuki thing completely.

I have 3 sisters and i still love some incest. Things that are normally wrong in real life i get off the hardest to, simply because i know it's wrong.
