I'd feel pretty bad if she did kill herself over this (kind of the same situation as Amanda Todd) so I don't really want to laugh at her even though it is kind of her fault for taking the pic and posting it wherever on the internet/skype in the first place.

Pointless legal action aside, what would you do if you were in this situation? (even though I'm sure you'd never find yourself in such a pickle ever but please work with me here) I'm just curious to get a female's perspective on this.

The only legal actions she can take is if she is underage. Otherwise once she willingly sent the photo to some one, they become there property, and that person can post them where ever they want. I know this law very well. I got an ex who has been trying to hit me with it for few years now.

I would never, ever post nudes of myself on the web for this exact reason. My speculation would be that I'd be extremely upset with the person who posted them and try everything in my power to remove all instances of the photos, however this is all irrelevant as I would ever even take a nude photo.

Exactly. That's the risk of posting an Nude Photo and giving it to someone else. If the photo gets out, the person who took the photo is the one to blame. Not the person who decided to share it with other people. It was the person's private property but the minute the person shared it with someone else. It's becomes public.

If those are Koko's Tits, which I hardly doubt because she's most likely using the situation to her advantage by saying that those her tits and she will sue Jacob and the site for damages to her reputation, she shouldn't had post an nude and given it to someone else because now the other person could do whatever he wants with the photo.
