Nah. I'm a year older than my peers in class because I started school late as a kid due to crappy life circumstances. I turned 19 at the end of Senior year. Plus my birthday was usually right next door to the last day of school so it kind of made things lopsided.

So, you would want to temp-ban someone who is CURRENTLY of age, for using a site while underage, despite not having any evidence that the person was/was not of age while underage?
