Youtube/Google has to comply most of the times if it means they might get sued. Google could probably win, but they want to stay on good terms with copyright holders and they're not willing to waste time and money for some video.
Also Pokemon bridged is the pretty terrible. It's just angry yelling and random phrases. A poor man's Code-ment.
