As for Sejuani, ehh, I actually kinda of miss the perma-slow. Her new passive is definitely good, but W and E feel kind of nerfed. I haven't actually played the relaunch much, so I don't know how happy I am yet. I thought s3 really made old Sej sort of decent w/ the new items. All I know is that her traditional skin is the only skin.
