Complete opposite. Canada's living up to it's stereotype. Plenty of snow, hit -30/40C several times this past month, and we've recently had an ice storm that has left a good chunk of people without power.
I'm fine, however and that's all that matters, but I won't be home for Christmas, since I've only got two days off work and I'm clear on the other side of the country. Not worth the flight home.
And yourself? What have you been up to, lately?

Eh~ lucky you. I can handle a rainy and cold summer, but snowless winters really suck. But next year, hopefully!
Well, my christmas was a bit different this year too. All of my family is pretty broke this year, so the only one who got presents this year was my sisters almost 1 year old baby boy. But I must admit that opening his presents with him was more fun than opening presents that are for me :3

Heh, I feel much the same way. The family asking me for my Christmas list is always a big headache. I always have to really force myself to search for something that I may have use for.
