What's the deal with dry sockets anyhow, again? Not a smoker at all, but I've been having to irrigate with lots of salt water after meals and such.

Your stitches come out too soon. I can't imagine the pain, but I'm told it's worse than the initial operation.
(Which is saying something. I was denied drugs for the first 24, since I got it done during training.)
