Well the thing about raping corpses is that the will of a dead is its testament.
If it's not explicitly written in the testament or in statutes, law that regulates it, there is a duty not to touch the integrity of the dead body.
That's why people fight over inheritance. That's why a dead corpse is not willing to have sex (unless it's written in its testament) and hence it can be raped.
