I'm here to join the club too. I don't have the patience to wait and do nothing for an hour or so. At least with streaming, even after a few seconds of loading, I watch some of it.

I download low quality subs (80mb per episode which is like 4minutes on my connection, in less than an hour I have a 12 episode season done) so I can just watch a new series, once I like it. . .

download that on 1080p(around 250mb each) so I can watch it HQ on my 1360x768 widescreen then burn that shit to a dvd and clear up the hard drive.

Personally, I stream first and torrent after. Streaming does have better qualities, but since I'm often without internet, I get it to rewatch in my own time.

I'm too lazy to find the anime I like, so I just use Crunchyroll.
