X-2 was fine and all but it wasn't that good. X-2 was porn with all the porn cut out. IX was an epic tale between a thief and princess as they to save the world and discover themselves.
Final Fantasy IX's plot was so staggeringly scattered it was hard to keep up with it. Not to mention the FINAL final boss that had nothing to do with any story element at all. It was just there

Just to clear shit up, I never played IX. Nor did I play X-2. My reason for not playing IX was because I couldn't find a copy. My reason for not playing X-2 was because I'm not a masochist that hates himself.

Scattered? What are you talking about? It made pretty good sense to me. It was rather easy to understand and told just beautifully. You could even say it was a very Linear story but it was still executed just perfectly. A good mix between seriousness and non seriousness. The final boss is actually relevant to the story if you read some side information but overall he is rather useless.

You know nothing. You annoying little man. Tales of the Abyss is the pinnacle of the Tales of series. It is the second game worked on by the Tales of Symphonia team. It is the first Tales of game to have the Flex Range Linear Motion Battle System which improves the gameplay by like, x7.The characters are extremely likable[I.E.Jade, Guy, Luke, Mieu, Ion, Tear, Asch and manee manee more.]. The plot is complex. But not to the point where it gets impossible to understand it. Then there's the battle systems features. Such as the Field of Fonons dealy and the Mystic Artes thing. Plus, whenever I finish the game. It makes me shed manly tears.

I'm sorry, but you seem to have made a glaring typo. When you said "Final Fantasy IX", I believe you meant "Breath of Fire 3". Because we all know Breath of Fire 3 is the best game, not just rpg, ever.
