Suppose a world where there was another race of human along the earlier homo-sapiens that used nitrogen like we use oxygen.

Maybe there'd be more people destroying the planet in different, more fascinating ways. I'd say thered also be a war against them at some point, always war where resources are involved. I give you a chart because I thought about it and I still dont know, haha.

Suppose there was no drinking age anywhere in the world. /haha/

EDIT Zandorf You missed age, age... I could not take alcohol away from the world.

Then there would have never been alcohol and one of the biggest economic supporters would be gone, leading to a less expensive, safer, and poorer world.

Suppose that there were two different species that vied for control of Earth. (i.e. Homo Sapiens vs some other higher intelligence species that evolved side by side with us)

Then there would be war for land domination.

Suppose you were not a human, but a slime of some sort.

If everybody was a slime, we'd slowly go extinct as a new intelligent species flourishes on the planet. Hopefully we'd at least be acidic and eat away at them providing a small comfort to our dying race.

Suppose every thought a person has was broadcast on their foreheads and visible for everyone to see.

They were would a lot of science folks involved in trying to remove this for powerful politicians, and people would usually be found in small commuites of similar thought, sort of like towns based on a person's mind set. This might lead to a more tribal societal set up, and heavier biases. War would be pretty common in certain areas, and not in others.

Then I'd used my comforter to have sexy naked blanket fights with my girlfriends. XD (!)


Suppose no one grew past 50, we just died.

then there would be no social security? or perhaps there would be a new age bracket for that. i don't know how politics or any of this stuff works. but in any case they won't take out so much money out of my paycheck maybe e^e
as for the rest of the world... guess not much would change, i don't know

Then I would feel perpetually fresh. But I think that would be tough on the mind. It needs a break from use. Hmmm, but if it didn't I guess we might have to work longer hours and party harder! O.O

Suppose we lived out our lives backwards, like Benjamin Button, born old and reverted back to young at death. hehe.

We'd be seeing quite some old midgets and babies in the world. What an image. :/

Suppose sexual discrimination (of ANY kind) never existed.

Then... there might actually be equality. A history of strong female leaders would exist alongside their male counterparts. To that end, history would be a difficult thing to evaluate, the whole world would be different. No glass ceiling, more equality in relationships, not a thing about gay/lesbian rights-PASSED. Gender stereotypes would be gone. No chivalry, men AND women would have both been drafted into the armed forces (US), more female-related culture and literature out there, but no feminists would be needed. Hmmm... I'm not sure what would be in female/male magazines now. The ideals of beauty that men perceive are partly based in gender stereotypes so I dont know what we'd be writing to each other in our magazines and blogs to our respective genders. Maybe nothing at all. Maybe just food and culture!! (those are my fav.) Maybe less hate on Yaoi here, lol. We would probably pick more at each other's races because people are still going to hate, but at least we'd do it together, haha. No sexual discrimination would open the doors for a lot of people of the past and still present that would not have otherwise been seen or heard. A more balanced world.
