... Depends on your deck, actually. Eisenwane of Ancient Sanctuary has lots of cards that can stall you like no tomorrow, while she builds up her armies stats. If she manages to drag the battle until more than 8 turns, you're screwed. Red Sun of Catacombs, while it's harder, can be defeated with a careful use of Swap Spells and Seizes. Granted, you'll have a better chance against them if you can overbuffs your followers earlier.

You just play against Black Nold, dealing dmg as much as you can. When the time is over (2,5 hours), the sums of all damages from all participants will be added to see whether Black Nold is defeated or not. If she is defeated, all participants will get extra accessories as rewards(they say Silver Talentium). If not, you'll only get rewards of S2 accs equal to the highest dmg you dealt to her in one run, along with few Copper Talentiums. This is based on what people said after the battle is over, so it might not 100% accurate, though.
