Nope. Simply because PER is the opposite of GLA. If you increase PER, GLA will be reduced and vice-versa. Since you start giving GLA in the end (after hitting 50% Like), the previously high-PER will be decreased, ensuring your GLA will be the highest in the end. This also help if you don't want to lose too many Cat Dolls (since GLA needs follower cards, right?)

I just beat the goddess tower twice and yeah due to fighting vampire god a lot there I got a lot of bloodpacks~ Well not so much anymore I think around 70 bloodpacks since I had to use some to get me an another d.rare spell.

Get Tranquility. This is a general advice to get rid of those special spell cards that the NPCs use in Muspelheim.
