[Locked] Thank You and Farewell

I'd like to say, the fact that this is around my 1000th post is entirely coincidental. With that out of the way, please, read on.

So here it is FAKKU, my time here has come to a bittersweet end. I joined back in '07, and had been lurking since early that year. I've met many people I now consider good friends, and had some of the best times on the net here. But it's come to my attention that I'm not wanted here, and so I've decided it's for the benefit of FAKKU that I leave.

Wherever I post, drama follows. Some of this is my fault; my previous actions have left me with a bad public appearance in the eyes of many. Some of this is the fault of others; people refuse to take my posts at face value, instead deciding to look for some ulterior motive.

Half the time when I post, random users will chime in to "not pay attention to TMS" or that "TMS is a bitch". I've been labeled a troll, and no matter what I do they don't care. I changed my entire posting style to try and make the community better. I created a game that I thought everyone could enjoy, but to no avail. It seems that the majority of the FAKKU userbase has decided that I'm the bad guy, and will stop at nothing to make sure my posts are disregarded.

That's not to say my time here has been all bad; like I mentioned, I've made many great friends here. Some have stayed, others have gone, but I am sincerely glad that I registered this username back in December to thank the translation team and vote in the first MoteMote. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have had these great experiences.

When I joined Chatroll a couple nights ago, in an attempt to defend myself against someone saying my posts were of no value and that I was an "animal", I was met with hostility and insults, and had to defend myself against multiple people at once. When I asked if we could take the chat somewhere more private, which I had done earlier, I was attacked with more insults. This is not to say that Chatroll is a bad place, in fact I encourage dropping by at http://www.chatroll.com/fakku-chat and saying hello, but this is all I can take.

Now, don't mistake my intentions; I don't want this to turn into some huge drama shit. I just wanted to let everyone know what's up, and why I won't be here any longer. I don't want to leave a sour taste in the userbase's collective mouth.

How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.

Good luck, btw your posts didn't really change too much in quality and I don't recall where the whole community labeled you as a bad guy, maybe just some users. Also that event your talking about that happened in chatroll isn't totally true because if I remember correctly there was only 2 members who were talking to you, Coco and Hina. There wasn't really any insulting or hostility from us but you said some insults to Coco I don't know I'm not totally sure on that. And we didn't want any more of that drama in chatroll so we asked you guys to take it somewhere else, so what happened afterwards had nothing to do with us.

Though I'm pretty new here at Fakku, I enjoyed the posts that you put. I thought you brought up some good points and made good posts, but I guess others didn't.

Cya mate ... for now at least. You may find going away harder than it seems.

I don't think I would allow myself to be discouraged by a common opinion, somewhat mindlessly passed from one user to another as long as I had a group of close ppl at my back but then again personal experiences differ. I understand however that staying on a forum for a long time can be difficult on it's own and it's possible I myself may end up leaving in the near future.
Whether this lasts or not, it's been fun TMS.

i understood that from the beggining ^^ and i totally suport you and TMS

do you relly have to go. people are like thet they like what they like but hate what they hate soo it's the same to what happen to you. i like people with open mind (like you) so it's a waste if you really have to leave cause we gonna lose one of the best mind here.

It's saddening to see you leave. Our relationship has been a rocky one, but I will miss you. It's a pity that people misunderstand you, as I have in the beginning. I won't forget the time that you've spent here.
