because EMS sure is faster than the normal international package but you have to take it in the nearest post office and you have to pay more for your package.even though the package is sealed,it will get opened and got checked before you're taking it.
so if the package still have the prize tag on it,they will calculate it to the equivalent cost + the weight of the package.the heavier and expensive the item,the more you'll have to pay for it even though it came fast for you.

in Winter's case,the cost can get really expensive corruption) and it's far from his place so he prefer using the normal one.cheaper with longer shipment days but at least it'll arrive straight to your home.
