Well apart from those 14 days back then I didn't have to restrain from fapping/having sex with my gf for a few years for more than 3-4 days so I can't really tell you.
But I'm sure the problem is the fact that after this much time, you're literally overflowing with cum and your body is just trying to get rid of it in the first load so the results with sex would be pretty much the same.
