Finally home~ I get a nice little break tomorrow - I only have to work 2.5 do to a labor dispute

Not a union issue!

The president of my company, got an email from the president of the company we are contracted to, and then emailed our District manager who emailed the manager I am shadowing saying "We cannot have any more overtime for anyone, we are cutting back on labor costs."

I clock in 40 regular hours a week, and on avg 15 overtime hours since I do the job of a few people.

Next week my manager is off and I am the manager in charge for 3 unit locations, and she is salaried and works 50+ hours a week...I'm filling in for her....so there's an issue there.....

anyway I get tomorrow 3/4's off

so they give you time off to not pay you overtime hrs. or rather because they cant pay that much

anyways, I signed my work contract today. Starting next semester I am a teach c:
