Here are my final thoughts on the question.
I am willing to agree that Rias has better boobs. Anyone that has 90 cm is already quite large and hers are 99. Plus her weighing more and being taller makes them appear better. Hell, if we are just talking about only thier body after looking at these details I am willing to say Rias is hotter then Akeno. Akeno still my favorite though cuz of personality
