Because before it, pain is more real than the progress. I agree that it is usually worth it in the end, but yup, in the end. Which isn't here for some time yet.

That is true, but how can one achieve without having the mindset of an achiever in the first place? The pain will always be there, but it is the promise of success that will drive you.
