to sum it up:

We planned an assault to wacko Jacko's lair. Kou-chan volunteer himself to be the spy cause he wanna try the skill he got from Metal Gear 4. I just let him go. 3 hours later I lost contact with him till now. His last message is about Jacko plan something to do with shota and loli, pedobear assist him too.
