RBZ uploaded it in his doujin thread, in the April 8 upload. It is over 200 mb, just to warn you, but like he said, it is worth it. It's the tankoubon scan too, which mean high quality visual stimulation :)

Probably because Rbz's version is in png format and Hentairules' is in jpg.
I have the jpg one from hentairules.
