Well you can use that source as an idea of what's happening there. Just don't assume everything is true about it. I would take it as quick reference like wikipedia and go somewhere else for more concrete news.

Well as a Gundam fan first, I'm not phased by this bill. Sure the other shows I watch would probably get hit by this and the majority of you will rage hard over it but hey this is where being a Gundam fan first is a benefit cause this bill will never screw over Gundam. WOOT!
