oh yea its was tough in did, I got the game around the time of its release cuz it was something different then usually and I like trying those out, and let me tell you it took me over a year to finish it, I just kept getting frustrated with it and would give up, eventually I grabbed the strength to continue on and my reward....nothing nano desu

Thou Hyung Tae Kim's art work is very nice and I did enjoy seeing it, thou only the females art XP



What did you think of the art lazy, from what I understand on ur tastes, you should be interested in some of these girls, and from Magna Carta II this looks like a girl you'd like

This one looks nice ^^, but not that nice, im not so into big boobed girls.

I was disturbed by how the guys looked a lot like girls, in both there overall looks and what they wore.

AS for the girls? Well, I have no love for them due to the game itself, but the artwork is impressive.

Oh god now I'm starting to remember when I played...oh god...wtf was with the damn battle system? Yea you had 3 characters in battle but wtf was the point, you could only control one and the others just stood there like mindless fucking drones. Man, wtf was atlus thinking. How can the same company that made persona 3 and 4, who seem to be awesome games, also make this piece of shit?

and yea the battle system needed severe fixing, only controlling 1 person wasn't good, especially once you knew what u were doing u'd maily relay one 3-4 characters, hence y the game would split u into groups a lot, so that u'd have to use other characters which is a great idea, if u cuould only use all party members in a battle nano desu

It's because of shit like that and suikoden 5 that I've lost a lot of interest in rpg's these days. Btw spalose, what's your library of rpg's?

idk of the top of my head, some SquareEnix(soft etc)/FF's, and some NIS, Atlus, TriAce, Namco games

The "tales" games on the ps2 dissapointed me. Legendia was mediocre, especially with the terrible voice acting and some problems with the battle system (how you could easily sway through enemies and with that, miss a lot of hits)

Abyss has some of the worst loadings ever, and I don't understand how that was possible cause the graphics weren't at all impressive...those were like, 2002 graphics for a ps2 game. I'm not a graphics man, but I don't understand how it can take so long to load when there is nothing to load. Suikoden 5 was just horrible in every department..hell I actually liked the 4th after I played the 5th.


Suikoden 3 though, was excellent. Only bad things I can think of was no voice acting and they should have enabled an option where you could share skill points with other characters instead of letting it build up with the others.

only played the first 3 Suikoden games and yes Abyss's loading times were a mystery to me, here's what i got, that I actually bought and kept nano desu

NIce to see a fan of the xeno series, though I didn't like xenogears. Star ocean 3 I didn't like very much...got near the end but lost the motivation to finish, but the plot twist was something that I never saw coming. Rented BOF3, thought it was alright but I've lost interest in the series since and haven't played the others, 2 was fun back when I was a kid (first rpg I played and finished =p). LoD was ok, though it gets boring I think..and it's unbelievably easy O_O especially if you get the legend casque and armor.


I play the snes FF's on my emulator cause the psone adaptations have load times for some reason. I have ToD 1 and 2 though I haven't really gotten far in the first one and have yet to play the 2nd. Shadow hearts I didn't like, cause at about the halfway point of the game my interest in the story was virtually gone, though the final boss theme was excellent. FF12 haven't finished cause I really hated it, dirge of cerberus could have used more polishing before being released.


FFx....heh, the final boss is a one hit KO, with unskipable cutscenes, nuff said. Kingdom hearts, no surprise =p good stuff. Growlanser, finished 2, won't finish 3. Finished atelier Iris 1 and it wasn't anything memorable...like I said, ar tonelico is like the perfection of those games. I think that's about it...

I was thinking why those KH cases looked so strange, but that's cuz they are American version xd

I like Kingdom Hearts series as well =P played both KH1 and KH2 throu, kinda cool story they have.

But that's a nice pile of games =P

uh oh FF-X, i liked that FF one especially (haven't played lot of any other, excluding FF-X2) xd trying to get good chars on it, but have gotten bored and i had to give it back to friend since i dont have own FF-X.

IMO and I know other will agree with me, gears is the overall best, star ocean 3 I rly like, because of all the extra material after main game completion, I love that stuff nano desu ^_^ LOD was nice IMO had a very easy plot and battle system to understand and the whole shounen feel to the game was good


I actually do have some of them for snes, ToD 2/Eternia is my fav again the story just pleased me a lot and the fact that there are a lot of different things in it, like most of Tales games (titles are fun) Shadow Hearts i don't think the story left it just got hard to follow, you still knew what had to be done, the overall presentation is what i enjoyed nano desu. 12 i haven't finish it either, after hearing cheap ways to lvl up i dropped it, I do want some challenge within the first 2/3 of the game, cerberus *ditto


10 ditto, Hearts actually took a while for me to get into, Growlanser I like the artwork ^_^ i actually liked 3 moar than 2, and A Iris games i liked, characters were so funny, AR .... ^_^

xenogears was the only one I was unable to finish. The gear fighting system is so flawed...and what others have said about the game is true (and the same applies to LoD) you just do the same combos over and over again. There is little to no strategy in any of the battles.

yes, but it gets boring very quickly to just sit there with the controller in hand with this sort of gameplay. Which is why I still like the ff games the most, at least the characters have variety in most of them, and the gameplay always changes from one game to the next, though not always for the better as you have seen in crisis core and 12.

actually i liked crisis core, seeing as it's psp I expect something different, and I liked it, and Dissidia is something completely different to, and from what I played I do like it and can't wait to get the english version nano desu, guess we agree and about as much stuff we disagree on nano desu, too bad so sad *hugs lazy*
