Here's what I think it all comes down too:
How long you were a part of Fakku is when you made your account.
Post count determines how active you are on the forums.
Rep determines how much respect the community has for you.

Each user is given the ability to rep another user once every 24 hours. If someone likes one of your post or just you in general, they have the ability to rep you. They can either increase your rep by one, or decrease it by one. Then they have to wait another 24hrs to rep again.

People give it to you if you help them out, post cool/funny stuff, upload hentai...those are a few ways of earning it.

You also aren't allowed to +rep or -rep anyone until you get a post count of 15.
