Here's a question. Is there really a difference between NTR and cheating?
Yes, I know the definition for both.
NTR- sexually making a woman become addicted to your penis regardless of her feelings or her relationship status. Fucking her silly until she gives in and becomes a slave for you penis.
Cheating- where either gender is willing to disregard their relationship status to have sex and sexual activities outside of the relationship and might casually do it again some time in the near future(of course this is in the case on NOT being in a harem.)
In essence, these two definition are really similar, yet are they different enough to seperate into two catergories?
Or is it just that NTR is a stronger level of cheating?
Answer or not, it's just my shit food for thought.

I think it's just a higher level of cheating, because- theoretically- you could take your typical NTR scenario and reverse the genders yet still get the same result.
