and explination would be nice. but ill check it outWelcome To TV Tropes!
What is this about? This wiki is a catalog of the tricks of the trade for writing fiction. We dip into the cauldron of story, whistle up a hearty spoonful and splosh it in front of you to devour to your heart's content.
Tropes are devices and conventions that a writer can reasonably rely on as being present in the audience members' minds and expectations. On the whole, tropes are not clichés. The word clichéd means "stereotyped and trite." In other words, dull and uninteresting. We are not looking for dull and uninteresting entries. We are here to recognize tropes and play with them, not to make fun of them.
The wiki is called "TV Tropes" because TV is where we started. Over the course of a few years, our scope has crept out to include other media. Tropes transcend television. They exist in life. Since a lot of art, especially the popular arts, does its best to reflect life, tropes are likely to show up everywhere.
We are not Wikipedia. We're a buttload more informal. We encourage breezy language and original thought. There Is No Such Thing As Notability, and no citations are needed. If your entry cannot gather any evidence by the Wiki Magic, it will just wither and die. Until then, though, it will be available through the Main Tropes Index.
Click on "Troperville" in the menu on the upper left of any page to find the places where the troper community gather to talk about things.
Go on, have fun!

Used to do stuff
Find a group of friends on the internet to help keep things interesting. This really helps out and is just plain fun.
Going on websites that are consistently changing can help keep things interesting as well but they can be quite hectic.

I don't know what you can do to make it amuse you again, but I understand what you mean. My sociology final was a research paper about internet memes (knowyourmemes.com became my best friend). I started to notice that most of what was posted on forums was just the spamming of one meme or another. What I once found hilarious became terribly unoriginal and the internet for me was suddenly 70% less funny.
I suppose you just gotta make internet friends and keep meeting new people to keep it fresh.

You could... you know... not use the internet. Pick up some sort of new hobby or interest... which will only make you want to do more research on it and find like-minded communities and then back on the internet bandwagon you go! You know, use the internet as a tool/vessel of information rather then the be all and end all.

Similar to blahdeblah, just quit interent for a long period, maybe a month or two. After that, hey! the internet changes a lot, it would be so different to you that it would be like re-discovering it.
Or, you can leave it alone and get a real life.

take a break for a few days then come back.
doing the same stuff everyday gets boring so just mix it up a bit.

Sail on the ocean of internet and search for some treasures (Surf the net and look for some interesting websites) but watch out for the pirates (viruses).

Ahm... and that is really bad?
Also, that's not necessarily true. You can hang in real life with geeks, dorks and nerds. As for me, I would like to get an otaku real girl, but here you don't find any of those. The only things you can do here when you go out, is eat, and go to a disco. Period.
