I don't believe I've ever had problems opening anything aside from a jar, and even then that only takes a couple more seconds...seriously what was it you were trying to open?

@Lucia: So then...how exactly did you hurt yourself trying to open the bag...they usually are full of enough air that just pushing on the bag the right way will burst the top open....right?
