houston,texas got snowed once when my brother's still there.

I don't live in a desert Luci lol so I wouldn't know. If there was snow then it would melt easily, desert weather is generally extremely hot during the day and extremely cold during the night but also generally dry and without much precipitation so the chances of there being snow instead of rain aren't very good.

I see... Kinda hard to imagine the scenery of wastelands in snow tho...

Texas isn't really a wasteland...and if you want a wasteland with snow just look at the arctic tundra.
