And then Lucia's Onee-sama decided that Lucia became too popular, and ordered her killed.

Exotic assassins snuck into her palace and murdered her and he maids, before setting palace on fire. Faking immense grief, Onee-sama begun to oppress people of her land. And then, just so her knights found Sepias in some random tavern. Deciding that he makes for perfect scapegoat, he was publicly hanged after being accused of murdering Lucia out of jealousy.

And so both re-united in Haven, but so also was Onee-sama's tyrannical rule cemented, and that of her evil backers, Powers-That-Be.
