Actually you just need to charge your profile with psn money, from either a credit card, or witha PSN-charging card that you can buy in local gamestores.
If you charged your profile with one of those two options, you can buy as much as you want from the store.

open the store and put in credit card number is not much of work do, its done in 2 minutes at max if you have your card handy ^_^
