The Shimazu family. Hate those assholes. They stole my Kanami one turn. I reloaded a save from several turns earlier just to get her affection level up, so they wouldn't take her.
And, if you're fast enough on the Kenshin route or Ran route, Kou-chan never comes into any harm.

I don't think that was a route... If you're talking about the Kenshin route, you had to go into Orochi's dungeon to stop Xavier from awakening Orochi. If he manages to, game over. If you stop him in time, you just fight him and his goddamn monkey.
But, I've tried to fight that big snake. I'm convinced it's impossible, but people have done it... I want to know how.
