It's very good, though it takes the whole series to appreciate all the plot points, and that takes quite a time.

But it's a very, very good story.

Although Total Eclipse is actually a different story (in same universe) though from what I've seen it's quite good in it's own right.

Hahahaha, I happen to play the Oda clan when I'm playing Shogun 2: Total War lately ;3

Yeah. Muv Luv is a pretty big series, but few of it gets to the other audiences unless they are pretty dedicated fans.


Oda's are pretty cool, even though their gold-purple color scheme is a little...silly. They have best peasant soldiers though, which makes outnumbering any other faction quite easy.

My other favorite would be Shimazu, because they get best katana-wielding Samurai and have most loyal generals, most of the time.
