[color=#006FFF]Yeah, you can only get him at certain retailers I think. Over here, I got him at Gamestop, much like how I got a lot of my other special ones like Darkrai and Victini. Keldeo is a fighting/water type and they give him to you at level 15, and since he evolves, he'll probably be one of my stable Pokemon in my team for B/W2. I think he's pretty cute, haha.

[color=#006FFF]Here's what he looks like in his "Ordinary Form" and then his "Resolute Form".
While it is not known to evolve into or from any Pokémon, it has a second form, which is activated by triggering an event in the Oath Woods, where Cobalion, Virizion, and Terrakion teach it Secret Sword, and it changes its form permanently as long as it knows Secret Sword. Its original form, Ordinary Form, will then become Resolute Form.
