Well I haven't tried it yet but if you can sign in using both accounts then I guess you must be able to.

I had some friends in skype suddenly shown as mail adress but im not sure myself since i changed alot of skype settings.
I shall investigate after work an post it in the skypechatroom if i know more.

You have to Merge your accounts.

>Select the option "Log in using another account"
>Select the WinLive Acc
>log in w/ your MSN login
