You're both 170?It's him, not me, stupid.
... I saw him say you're both the same, so... =-=
How tall are you?
And how'd you'd know his height?
Where in the world did you saw him say that...? Aho... If I'm as tall as him, I'd be satisfied because it's already a model height.

lololol.since you're only have a month left before off to Japan,you better stuff yourself with Balut or any flips delicacies because you're gonna have the great craving for a long time after arriving in japan.
and i did gave you my phone number right?
Would be nice to bring all the canned sardines I can but god, there is that weight limit in the airlines.
Oh by the way, do they check what's inside your hard disks in Japan? Do I have to clean mine? lol.
And nope, no phone number yet.
i think there's some Asian stores in there too.
although it is a good idea to brings some in your luggage.
NO!
for heaven's sake,no!
my 2 passport type 1TB External HD was filled with animes,prons and movies but they didn't ask you to do that.
the only thing they did was just to open your bag to see the type of the laptop you're using.and it only happens during departure from japan.
and if you do want to bring some foods,better wrap it neatly and don't let it leak so the dogs that likes to sniffing around wouldn't find it.hide em under your clothes or dirty laundries.lol.
i'll PM you later then.
if your working schedule begins in april,you'll have plenty of time offs and since i'll be having an early spring break due to the recent schedule change,i'll be free from end of january even though i do have to extend my Visa by that time.
@Giru if we have a chance,yes.
My work schedule begins as soon as arrive there, unfortunately.
So, January. I'll miss Sinigang, Adobo and Jollibee.
But I'd best prioritize clothes to bring, lol.
Speaking of which, what are the clothes I need to survive winter?
Do I need those gloves, scarf, those ear muffs, bonnet
or is just the winter coat/jacket good?
dang.
i'll be missing lots of Skirt Lifting legends debut then.
since we are South Eastern who raised in tropical climate and about to(your case) live in a place where the Winter can get below 0 degree(it's a bit warmer in my place thou),i suggest you get ALL OF EM.
ear muffs aren't much if you're wearing a cap though.
strangely enough,even though it's freaking cold in here,womens in here instead of wearing jeans they still wear skirts/short pants with stockings.
THE HELL WITH WOMEN WEARING JEANS!

Training, actually.There'll be a new group opening in the Philippine branch of a certain Japanese company. I get to be the lucky person chosen to be one of the pioneer members so I'm gonna be sent to Japan for training and then actual work.
Chance to get big money and finally leave the country and live on my own so why not.
Oh my, how productive~ I'm so proud of you now
@Tako
Shorts can be jeans too :c

Tough and expensive.
Haha, most of the Japanese here though prefer warm weather than cold if you ask them.
you don't have to be that fashionable to wear those.
although,if there's Uniqlo around your place,better buy there since the clothes in there aren't just cheap but also quite fashionable.
i always buy there but didn't believe it was that fashionable until my friend who studies in Fashion University who always spend his time in harajuku told me about it.
and they say it because:
-they want to have tanned skins like us.
-you have no idea how hot it is in here.you'll see....
if during winter and you found a small sized kotatsu,it's a damn live safer.
kotatsu aren't just damn comfy(i'm burying myself inside it like a cat right now while i type my laptop),it also friendly to your electricity bills.
@lucy most of the shorts aren't jeans in here.

My company will pay for the elictricity bill ^^Damn, I also hear that summer there is quite hot. More than in here.
There is Uniqlo here alright. The first branch in this country just opened not to long ago this year.
But I dunno, I don't really find the clothes there cheap. Maybe cause it's imported?
@Giru: Thanks!
lucky basta-wait a minute.
if you're gonna stay in the Company's Apartment,there's a chance it'll be small as hell.it's just a chance but who knows.
kinda reminds me of that haunted apartment's story that involves a guy living in those kinds of apartment.lol.
dude,i'm sweating like crazy just by having a 5 minutes walk during summer.
and when i went back to Indonesia in summer vacation,it's nothing compared to japan's summer.
if you're talking about the prices in phil,probably.
but in here,they are.
i have some jackets and shirts that genuine Made in Japan but man,since they proud of their own products it can get really expensive.
besides Uniqlo,there's several local clothes stores that aren't bad though and quite cheap.

I see. Then I'll probably not bring so much clothes and buy there.I'll ask my senpais what and how much to bring.
Lol, don't give me a horror story now.
It's gonna be my first time having my own room, yes!
I hope it's not so cramped though. I'll give you the name of the apartment once I remember it.
Short term employees who go there for about 1-3 months get to live in a hotel. :(
sorry but it's like what happened to me by the time i spend my first night here.
i got a room.....where the closet looks exactly like in Ju-On where the housekeeper got dragged into the ceiling.
you have no idea how paranoid i was at first.....even though i slept fine but my back hurts because my futon was too thin.
at least i still remembers clearly the times where i was sitting on floor,watching Touhou Kinema-kan on my small laptop while munching yakisoba bread for breakfast while the light green colored curtains were half closing my window where i can see the sakura tree in front of my room letting it's flowers blown by the wind.
hope so.
my case was fine but my Sweedish friend,he's head literally touched the freaking floor.lol.
@Giru i didn't try to scare him.
i just happens to remember the story.
