I remember. my father once have your kinds of problem... He even went to the doctor often and doing sort of things to solve it... But none works... but in the end I think he solved it by stretching regularly... Yes stretching... When all doctors failed, stretching actually works... He can walk with no problem at all now

that's pretty much what I'm doing now, I used elastic bands to help, but if I want the good stretch i need a friend to pull my leg and stretch my LCL bu pushing against my knee at an angle I can't reach

but off to another doctor~ I will be back in a few hours!

Yes, im managing my budget now, so that i have savings AND so i can buy stuff for me, but also pay my monthly bills without spending more money than i have. This month i already bought a game and concert tickets , so if its not on quicksale on steam the next 4 weeks, im gonna prolly get it for full price anyway, just in april instead of this month.
