When you sleep under the covers, the area in the covers start to germinate and in turn those new form germs will go in your nose and mouth causing sore throat and/or stuffy nose.
thats why my head stays oer the covers
Unfortunately I still have to learn that lesson the hard way sometimes.
And I do the open window mistake sometimes :/
I don't understand why you need to open the window to sleep in winter.
forgot it was still open and fell asleep :/
