Shouldn't you say you did do lol. Usually I go to bed inbetween 11-5am but that depends on my mood. Yeah, it sucks when you have that feeling of not being tired.
For me it was insomnia, it sucked, I used to only sleep maybe 3 hours or so a night, if that, but t is better now, which is nice, proper sleep really does do wonders.
Do you have insomnia? Or just weird sleep patterns (such as mid day naps lol)
