I can explain:
O(x) is pretty much the average run time.
O(n*log(n)) is pretty good. nw why does the algorythm has that runtime?

n - because it performs 2 orerations over the whole number of Elements
log (n) because ittries log(n) times to sort the list by randomly shuffling it.

if its not sorted during those log(n) times, it throws an error.
