Well, it's more of a general guideline. I suppose, "Character design" would matter more; if I see a nice design, but don't know the character, I might still pick it up.

my mood right now is to use one of my old avatar,to be more specific is this chara and from a certain artist~

I can,but I won't~ also quality of a pic is differ from a person to others,it's based on your own judgement~ I won't waste my time cropping every picture nao!
